These Sales Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases made through the Digitec World website (“Site”). By placing an order on our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

By placing an order, you confirm that:
- You are at least 18 years old or have permission from a legal guardian
- The information you provide is accurate and complete
- You are authorized to use the selected payment method
Products and Availability
All products displayed on our Site are subject to availability.
We reserve the right to:
- Limit quantities
- Discontinue products
- Modify product descriptions or specifications
- Correct pricing errors
We may cancel orders if inaccuracies or stock issues occur.
Pricing
All prices are listed in Euros (€) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change without notice. However, the price charged will be the price displayed at the time of purchase.
Applicable taxes, customs duties, or import fees (if any) are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.
Payment and Order Confirmation
Orders submitted through the Digitec World website are treated as order requests. No payment is collected when an order request is submitted.
After receiving an order request, Digitec World will review the details and contact the customer by email with the available payment options and, where applicable, a secure payment link.
An order is not confirmed until the payment arrangements have been completed and Digitec World has accepted the order.
Customers should not send payment card details by email.
Order Confirmation
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation. This email confirms receipt of your order but does not constitute final acceptance.
A contract is formed only when we dispatch the product and send a shipping confirmation email.
Shipping and Delivery
Shipping Destinations
Digitec World delivers exclusively to the 27 member states of the European Union (EU). We do not currently offer delivery outside the European Union.
Shipping Costs
All orders delivered within the European Union qualify for free shipping. There is no minimum order value and no standard delivery charge.
Delivery Times
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on location and carrier delays.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:
- Customs processing
- Carrier disruptions
- Incorrect shipping information provided by the customer
Risk of loss transfers to you upon delivery.
Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without giving any reason.
To exercise this right:
- Notify us in writing within 14 days
- Return the item in its original condition
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective.
Refunds will be processed within 14 days after receiving returned goods.
Exceptions may apply to:
- Opened software
- Personalized products
- Items damaged by misuse
Returns and Refunds (Non-EU Customers)
Returns are accepted in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.
Products must:
- Be returned within 30 days
- Be unused and in original packaging
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection.
Warranty Disclaimer
Unless otherwise stated, products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty.
Digitec World does not provide additional warranties beyond those required by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Products are provided “as is”
- We disclaim implied warranties except where legally prohibited
This does not affect mandatory consumer rights.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Digitec World shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential damages
- Loss of profits or data
- Business interruption
Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the product purchased.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
Fraud Prevention
We reserve the right to:
- Refuse or cancel suspicious orders
- Request additional verification
- Report fraudulent transactions
Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, supply chain disruptions, or government actions.
Governing Law
For EU customers, mandatory local consumer protection laws apply.
For U.S. customers, applicable state and federal laws apply.
Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Sales Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will apply to future orders only.
